Hi Forum I have solved many problems with my 3200GT which never lets me down in events but sure does at other times. Has any one else had a leaking ABS pump? No ABS light. No fluid level light but no brakes at all. A few weeks before we had been doing 200kms at the end of a runway needing to brake very hard to turn of before the runway ended. However most recently I just got home with the car missing and surging and some autonomous revs. Once again no check engine light etc. The throttle body is now making a loud vibration when the ignition is switched on. The throttle body has previously been made contactless by a member of this forum due to repeated limp home modes and finally idle only. The car has had a pedal potentiometer replacement and hard wiring for the above but the noise the throttle body makes is enough to hear inside the car let alone outside so I have not tried to start it. Any solutions other than a new throttle body? This throttle body was also common to some of the Volvo range and I understand that issues are sporadic not universal. Regards John Muirhead

Have you tried a throttle reset manually, you can do this and maybe get going & connect to a diagnostic machine at a dealer.

Thanks. Yes I have. Currently measuring outputs at pedal pot and TB. Voltage seems to drop at TB though PP is 5v TB seems to be meant to be 12. Confused
